You may cancel your Click and Collect order within the first hour by contacting our Customer Service Team. After this time, the store selected for collection will be able to assist with cancelling and refunding your order.
We are unable to amend the chosen store. If you wish to collect elsewhere, the store can cancel your order and you may place a new one.
Should the store be unable to fulfil your order, they will contact you directly to confirm a cancellation.
Please note that payment is only captured upon collection; uncollected orders are automatically cancelled after seven days.
