If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer complimentary returns of any Aesop purchase within 30 days of the transaction.
Please note, Online orders and Click and Collect orders must be returned through the online returns portal.
Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a pre-paid label.
Online orders: Please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging if possible, and include the return packing slip included with your return shipping label with any return.
Upon receipt of the returned package, the return process can take up to 14 business days to complete and refund.
If you purchase Aesop products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.

Please note that final sale items, engraved items, promotional gift items, and E-Gift cards are not eligible for return.
In-store purchases
Exchanges
We cannot facilitate exchanges through our online store. You may exchange unopened products purchased from Aesop.com or an Aesop signature store by visiting any Aesop signature store with proof of purchase within 30 days of the transaction. We will coordinate an exchange for alternative products of equal or greater value, with any price difference paid by the customer. Please note: Online orders paid via PayPal, Afterpay or Apple Pay are eligible for in-store exchange but must be returned via our online portal if a refund is required.
