How can I return my purchase?

Online purchases (including Click and Collect)

Confirm that you meet our return conditions (see returns policy). 

Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a pre-paid label. Please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging if possible, and include the return packing slip included with your return shipping label with any return.

Please note that final sale items, engraved items, promotional gift items, and E-Gift Cards are not eligible for return.

In-store purchases
Aesop products purchased from Aesop signature stores or department stores must be returned to their original point of purchase, with a receipt within 30 days of the original purchase.

Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned package, the return process can take up to 14 business days to complete and refund.
